All au+c orders ship from Canada, with delivery available worldwide.
Before your piece ships
Please allow 6–12 weeks for made-to-order pieces to be ready for dispatch. For custom designs, we’ll discuss the timeline with you during the design process.
The delivery estimates below begin once your order has shipped and are additional to the production timeline.

Shipping within Canada
Enjoy free shipping on orders over CAD $150.
For other orders, the following options are available:
- Canada Post Expedited — CAD $15: estimated delivery in 2–7 business days.
- Canada Post Xpresspost — CAD $25: estimated delivery in 2–4 business days.
Shipping to the United States
- Canada Post Expedited — CAD $30: estimated delivery in 10–15 business days.
- Canada Post Xpresspost USA — CAD $45: estimated delivery in 7–10 business days.
Shipping internationally
- Canada Post Xpresspost International — CAD $100: estimated delivery in 7–14 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be extended by customs processing.
Insurance, duties & taxes
All international shipments are insured for their purchase value.
Any import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
