The wait time for made-to-order designs may take up to 6-12 weeks.

Please note that most of our designs from the solid gold collection are made-to-order only, unless it is indicated “has stock and ready to ship” in the product description. The ordering process is simple: you browse around, find the piece you love, then place an order with the colour of gold of your choice. We will get the exact style and size you ordered handcrafted right away. Once we have your beloved piece made, we will express ship it right to your hands.

Here’s how to order a custom designed jewelry:

We only offer custom designed jewelry in 14k or 18k solid gold finish.

If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind jewelry piece that has a special meaning to you, we are here to make that dream design come true! Just shoot us an email at contact@auplusc.com with your ideas or even rough sketches. Our designer will get in touch with you, a $200 none-refundable deposit will be required at this point. Once the deposit is received, the designer will start working on the sketch and finalize the design. Once you are satisfied with the design, we’ll send it to our team to 3D rendering the sketch onto computer, that way we’ll have a quote for the custom piece. Once everything is finalized, we will take 50% of the final price (minus the deposit) as a down payment, which will be non-refundable if you change your mind half way through. After the piece is made, we will email you and settle down the other 50% of the payment, as well as shipping you this one-of-a-kind design right to your hands.
