We want you to feel confident in choosing your au+c piece. If you have questions about sizing, materials, or design details, please get in touch before placing your order.

Requesting a return

Eligible pieces may be considered for return if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please email contact@auplusc.com with your order number and reason for returning. Your piece must be in its original, unworn condition, with its original packaging.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please wait for approval before sending your piece back.

Pieces that have been worn or requests made outside the 10-day window will not be accepted.

Made-to-order pieces

Approved returns of made-to-order designs are subject to a 40% restocking fee, as each piece is created specifically for your order.

The return window and condition requirements above also apply.

Custom designs

One-of-a-kind custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings & gift cards

Earrings are not eligible for return.

eGift Cards are non-refundable.
