Our focus is on made-to-order and custom pieces, crafted with care and intention. Please allow 6–12 weeks for made-to-order designs. Any pieces available for immediate shipping will be marked “Ready to Ship” in the product description.

A piece that tells your story

Whether you have a design in mind, a meaningful milestone to celebrate, or simply the beginnings of an idea, we would love to create something personal with you.

All custom pieces are crafted in 14k or 18k solid gold.

1. Share your idea

Email us at contact@auplusc.com with your ideas, inspiration images, or rough sketches. We’ll connect with you to explore the possibilities.

2. Develop your design

A $500 non-refundable design deposit is required to begin the design process. From there, we’ll work with you on sketches and refine the details together.

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll create a 3D rendering and provide a quote for your piece.

3. Bring it to life

After the design and price are approved, a payment bringing your total paid to 50% of the final price is required to begin production. Your $500 design deposit counts toward this amount.

This payment is non-refundable once production begins.

4. The finishing touch

When your piece is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange the remaining 50% payment before shipping it to you.
